Don Zenner
Don Zenner, who hails from Akron, Ohio, has lived in the Venice area since 2015. He maintains that the secret to being successful in the real estate business comes from enjoying working with buyers, friends and people he’s known over the years.
As a real estate broker, Don provides such services as selling, buying, renting and advertising residential real estate properties. He is his company’s sole proprietor and operates the business from his Nokomis home.
Don has been very active in the Venice Area Board of Realtors, and served as President from 2019-2020.

Kathy Scanlon
Kathy has been involved in real estate since the mid 80’s, and after working for several large food processing companies in the Northeast she relocated to the Venice area in 2018 from Hampton New Hampshire. Her work experience helped develop management, customer service and negotiating skills to help her customers fulfill their real estate needs.
As a local real estate professional, building strong connections with people and understanding their needs can make the process enjoyable for both parties.
She holds a BS from the University of Rhode Island and MBA from New Hampshire College and SRES designation and ABR from the National Association of Realtors.
She is an active member of the Venice Board of Realtors serving as a Director and on the By Law Committee and Professional Development/ Education Committee.
She has been visiting family members here for 29 years and enjoys the area and the lifestyle. Kathy is a resident of Nokomis Fl and enjoys golfing.
